Pollença’s location and geography make it the perfect place for activities such as cycling and hiking.

Routes suitable for these activities vary from easy outings to expert hikes or cycle trips, allowing enthusiasts to explore some of the Serra de Tramuntana’s most beautiful, spectacular and inaccessible areas. There are plenty of signed routes which lead to breath-taking beauty such as Cavall Bernat or alternatively allow you to explore buildings from bygone centuries such as La Talaia d’Albercuix or archaeological remains including the castle at Castell del Rei.

A route deserving of special mention is route GR221, which traverses the whole of the Serra de Tramuntana.
