The north of Mallorca is famous for its secluded little coves and beaches, often surrounded by towering cliffs and abundant bird life. The quietest beaches are generally off the beaten track and require a little more effort to reach but are well worth it!
For child friendly sandy beaches it is better to stick to those close to Puerto Pollensa or at Cala Sant Vicenç. Alternatively venture to Port d’Alcúdia where you will find long stretches of family friendly sandy beaches gently lapped by a crystal clear sea.
Details of 11 beaches out of a total of 17 within the Pollença region can be found in the Directory.
